1. Balance in thinking

2. Sports
Exercising is not only good for your health, but also mentally. Exercise can increase endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine in the body that can give feelings of pleasure and calm. These substances can also manage feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression.

3. Relaxation
